That is my new mantra.

College is awesome yet it loves kicking my ass. I have six paintings due Monday, two essays and an exam on Tuesday, and three completed, mounted, and wrapped value studies due Wednesday.

This has basically been my life for the past four months, which is why I kind of died here.

BUT FRIDAY DECEMBER 14 I COME BACK IN FULL SWING BABY. Four weeks of nothing but snowball fights, chillin' with friends, playing FF8 into the wee hours of the morning and generally doing whatever the hell I want.

That is, if I can convince my dad that I don't need to go back to my old shitty job for the duration of the break.



I'm returning to my lovely Althanas next weekend. :D

Anyhoo, peoples, thanks again for the welcomes and everything. I am indeed back and I am on break and writing whenever I can, but I have more to do than I thought I would. I've been busy catching up with everyone at home and helping around the house. And yesterday we found out my dad, who's been working out of town in Washington State for the past week, had another kidney stone and went to the emergency room. He got sent home, but had to go back again because of extreme pain.

He's doing alright now but is still in the hospital and may not be able to come home for a week or so, so we have a lot to deal with right now.

I'll be back in the swing of things shortly, though. I love you guys too much to stay away for long. :)
