Forgot to mention that I got in about an hourish (60 mins give or take) of walking yesterday~.
I've been steadily knocking out about 5 miles a day, lagging a bit behind the spreadsheet but will get caught up.
Cant edit spreadsheet on my phone but about 2 hours walking thirty minutes crunches etc
45 mins calisthenics, 15 mins yoga, 40 mins walking... 100 minutes! Into the chart they go.

60 minutes today.
Finally got fed up enough that I went running again today. 50 minutes total, somewhere between 3-4 miles. Who knows?
Ran yesterday on a treadmill, and today outside. Was legitimately a full forty seconds per mile faster on the treadmill due to cold/wind/etc.
