Another 60 minutes of walking and jogging!
There is no way I can compete with Ray's minutes, but knocking out a 40 minute or so run per day has been going really well!
People have some catching up to do in terms of entering on the excel sheet!
Can't edit the spreadsheet from my phone so will update when back at my PC. :)
I didn't realize there was a spreadsheet, ^^'
I struggled a little early, but the Google Sheets app lets you open it direct from your phone and edit just to stay up to date and not be hassled. Definitely worth the price of admission!
I'm also always happy to edit your minutes in for you. Just shoot me a text/FB message/PM, or catch me in chat.
I'm putting up a lot of minutes right now because I'm especially motivated. I'm in a fitbit challenge with other teachers at work. I'm also doing a challenge with my family where we have to put up 2017 miles of walking/jogging in 2017. We split it 4 ways, but that's still a couple of miles a day. :)
Cheers Storm! And thanks Ray; here are my minutes.
Sunday 1st Jan: 63 minutes of cycling
Monday 2nd Jan: 20 minutes of lugging shit up and down stairs
Tuesday 3rd Jan: 20 minute walk
Wednesday 4th Jan: thus far absolutely balls all.
38 minutes today; the entries from Sun-Tuesday aren't showing up but the totals are locked in. Not sure what's up there.
I add them to your official total and remove them from the calendar every couple of days. I set the system up so that if someone accidentally deletes all of our numbers, the most they can do is a couple day's worth - I save our numbers to our "official" total as we go, and those are locked in to certain cells that only I can edit.
Couldn't think of a better way.
Logging 58 minutes of riding across 9.2 miles, 876 cals according to myfitnesspal.
