Forgot to report yesterday's 50. Shooting for 45 tonight. Also gonna post Dirk's numbers here shortly.
Ray's minutes are face melting. There's just no way I'm running for 50 minutes in Boston right now. It's 25 degrees; I'll go full Jack Torrance by the time I get back.

Silver lining - 5 miles at a respectable clip today. Already lost 3.5 lbs of the 10 (ok, 13.5) I wanted to lose this year.
It's all on a treadmill! I'm a gym junkie. I could be there all day. I love it. I do miss hikes in the dunes though. My favorite workout! Andy knows what I'm talking about! :)
Sounds like you're doing a great job though! That weight loss is awesome! Im hoping to drop 30 by the wedding. 50 would be incredible, but I'd rather lose it more slowly, and keep it off, than be unhealthy.
orz I'm gonna start off by just walking around a lot. I'm in the Boston area as well and it... isn't as cold as I thought it'd be at the moment.
