Summary Requests and Submissions for Previously Closed Threads

This thread is for summary requests and submissions on threads that were completed prior to 8/28/15. Summary requests for threads completed after 8/28/15 should be made when the thread is submitted for judgment. Submissions for threads completed after 8/28/15 should be made in the corresponding thread.
