I'm putting up a lot of minutes right now because I'm especially motivated. I'm in a fitbit challenge with other teachers at work. I'm also doing a challenge with my family where we have to put up 2017 miles of walking/jogging in 2017. We split it 4 ways, but that's still a couple of miles a day.![]()

Sunday 1st Jan: 63 minutes of cycling
Monday 2nd Jan: 20 minutes of lugging shit up and down stairs
Tuesday 3rd Jan: 20 minute walk
Wednesday 4th Jan: thus far absolutely balls all.

I add them to your official total and remove them from the calendar every couple of days. I set the system up so that if someone accidentally deletes all of our numbers, the most they can do is a couple day's worth - I save our numbers to our "official" total as we go, and those are locked in to certain cells that only I can edit.
Couldn't think of a better way.
