timeless / Timeless (disabled)
vector / Vector (disabled)

If you have just installed MediaWiki

You probably installed from git, or directly from the source code using some other method. This is expected. Try installing some skins from mediawiki.org's skin directory, by:

Downloading the tarball installer, which comes with several skins and extensions. You can copy and paste the skins/ directory from it.
Downloading individual skin tarballs from mediawiki.org.
Using Git to download skins.

Doing this should not interfere with your git repository if you're a MediaWiki developer.

If you have just upgraded MediaWiki: MediaWiki 1.24 and newer no longer automatically enables installed skins (see Manual: Skin autodiscovery). You can paste the following lines into LocalSettings.php to enable all installed skins:

wfLoadSkin( 'MonoBook' );
wfLoadSkin( 'Timeless' );
wfLoadSkin( 'Vector' );

If you have just modified LocalSettings.php: Double-check the skin names for typos.

Althanas periodically hosts a number of tournaments to challenge its players. Tournaments come in a variety of different formats including 1 v 1 battles, 2 v 2 battles, "Gisela" battles, event battles and even quests. The spoils for placing in a tournament have included extra EXP, extra GP, a personal sub-forum, a region, and a power group headquarters.

Formats

1 v 1 : This classic format pits one player against another in combat. Often times the 1 v 1 battles are linked with event battles (characters switching bodies in the Oxfordshire Open, for example). The only tried and true 1 v 1 tournament left in the rotation is the Serenti Invitational, which is considered the premier Althanas tournament.
