Out of character (or OOC) refers to posts that are written in discussion forums such as [[Introductions]], the [[Role-Players Corner]], [[Your Word]] and the [[Flying Stone Tavern]]. [[OOC notes]] are often made in [[IC]] threads in order to clarify story direction, placed in double brackets at the beginning or end of the in character post.

If you would like to make an OOC comment in an [[In character|IC]] thread, you can do so by encircling your comments in two parenthesis like this:
