[Working with Shinsou on this lengthy transaction]

In the years following Salvar’s civil war, known by later scholars as the War of Flesh, Elijah Belov traversed the length and breadth of the Known World. Tales of his exploits are wild and varied, full of conjecture and exaggeration. What we do know is that when the outlaw sorcerer returned home, he brought with him several items of wondrous power.

~ “Those Who Wander,” by Coronian philosopher Silas Rotero

Purchasing the following:

A Glass Sphere Wherein Brews a Storm
An unassuming glass sphere the size of his fist, but those who look close see the impression of clouds and lighting churning inside. Elijah can will the orb to hover around him at will. More importantly, this item can attract and absorb lightning, whether from nature or spells. The orb can store the equivalent of up to twenty bolts of lighting indefinitely. On command, the orb unleashes a bolt against any target within 40 yards with excellent accuracy. The max range is 200 yards, but the energy investment and aiming requirements increase proportionately over 40.

~

Phoenix Feather Cast in Crystal
Plucked from a phoenix of Fallien, this talisman is encased in alchemically-potent crystal mined and worked in Alerar. Twice per day, Elijah can channel his Breath Sign through this item, doubling its output in either heat or volume as desired. This effect lasts only a few moments (about one post in a battle on average).

~

The Book Who Defies Entropy
A very special tome, more than a mere journal. This is Elijah’s primary spellbook, bound in sea serpent leather with pages of fine Raiaeran paper. This book resists wear and tear, always appearing pristine. This also extends to the corrosive effects of certain spells contained within. Elijah records all of his most powerful and dangerous spells, enchantments, and rituals here. Once per thread, he may record a spell he encounters and use it himself. This takes several hours at minimum (longer for more powerful or complex magic). Furthermore, *with permission from all participants,* Elijah may consult his spellbook for other spells not actively encountered in the thread.

~

Cloak of the Deep Scales
The skin of a colossal sea serpent dredged up from the depths, this is a cloak of shimmering deep green and blue scales. Trimmed in hawk feathers and lined in the finest silk-wool blend fabric, this garment is sturdy but not too heavy, and woven with powerful enchantments. This cloak grants magical resistance to electric and ice/cold based attacks. It passively reduces such attacks by half, but if Elijah focuses his own power through it, it can ward off the entirety of such attacks for five seconds, with a cooldown period of two minutes before he can perform this defense again.

~

Petrified Ifrit Heart
The heart of a potent Fallien fire spirit, its unstable form bound in enchanted stone. Elijah may whisper a Fallienite phrase to the stone and throw it to the ground to generate a powerful fiery vortex, 30 yards in diameter and 50 yards high. This vortex is stationary and lasts for ten minutes if left alone, or up to thirty minutes if Elijah maintains focus on it (as one of his active spells). Between uses, the Petrified Ifrit Heart siphons off excess magical energy from its user (does not harm the user), and takes a day to recharge enough for another use. A sufficiently powerful spellcaster can charge it up in about an hour with effort and focus. Even so, this item may not be used more than twice a day under any circumstances without breaking.

~

Rings of Raw Kinesis
A set of thin prevaldia rings worn around four fingers. These rings absorb kinetic energy absorbed through the wearer’s hands or through a magical weapon the wearer is wielding, at a rate of half. This energy is stored indefinitely, until the wearer chooses to release it in a directed burst of kinetic force. At full charge, these rings can unleash four separate bursts, each one capable of blasting through a 2’ stone wall from a foot away. Beyond 2’, the blast spreads and weakens, but can still knock over fully grown men in a wide arc within 20’.

~

Stone Plucked From Stars and Dreams
A small, unassuming smooth gray stone. When held under starlight, it glitters like the night sky. This stone allows Elijah to traverse the dreamscapes of those nearby with a fair degree of accuracy. He may also venture much, much further, though at greater risk and less control of his 'destination.'

The dream stone just lets him wander around into the 'dreamsphere,' so to speak, when he sleeps or meditates. He doesn't have a lot of precise control unless he's within a half a mile of the person or knows them pretty well. The further out he goes in physical distance and the less he knows the person, the less accurate he is when he wants to intentionally wander into a specific dream. Beyond that, he can just wander aimlessly and wind up wherever he winds up, with all the associated risks. It can be warded against, and player-characters can resist him seeing anything the player doesn't want seen. It's mostly just a story-driving device.

Okay then. I edited the cost in on my post above.

Taking into account the sale and purchase of all items listed above, the total amount due to the Bazaar would be 4,153 GP. Please can you confirm you are happy with this? Once you do, I'll deduct the GP and would recommend doing a quick profile update to include this items in time for the tournament.
