Also a shirt and trousers, seemingly made of cotton but made of a material that makes them as strong as a teir four armour? This could be an enchantment.

Prevailda Rapier: 900 GP
Cotton style full body tunic with Delyn properties: 2250 GP
Please let me know if you wish to go ahead.
