Update to the forum guides

Hi again everyone!

As you can see, it's been a pretty busy week on the administrative side of the forum. We have been spending our time putting things into place that we hope will fill some holes since Althanas 3.1 and help guide this site into the future.

One of the tasks that we have started to tackle is the updating and consolidation of the guides in the public domain. Some parts of these guides are not consistent with the current rules, contain outdated information and sometimes contradict one another. Whilst I can re-assure you that nothing in there is "game changing", they do all need an overhaul.

It is our goal to make one single guide containing everything you need to know, in one place, and all updated for the current rules so there is no confusion and no-one has to look in three or four separate places on the site. It is an enormous task, and is going to consume a lot of personal time, but it is essential to this site (especially to new members).

We are still working on the best way to re-introduce the canon submission system, and this will be included in the forum guide once we have agreed on the best way forward.
