The Amulet can give just standard simple advice, and also simple tactical advice. In order for the advice to be more complex the bond between Sam and the amulet must grow stronger. The same thing goes for the metal strength that the amulet can change into for the weapon it transforms into. Let me add that to my profile for the description so that it clarifies that stuff.
