Did another run today. 50 minutes. Plus an hour of volleyball at school - 3v3. All right.

Just did an hour hike up the canyon with my sweetheart.

Finally got fed up enough that I went running again today. 50 minutes total, somewhere between 3-4 miles. Who knows?
