The Final Round

Well, the time has come. The nomination phase is over and time has come to have the final ballots passed. And I'm proud to announce that this year's Althies are going to have a special method of voting.

Because I've noticed that people seem to selectively vote in certain categories, and to add to excitement and tension (although we'll all be biting our nails on Oscar night), all votes will be PMed to me using a simple form seen below:

Just copy and paste that into a PM, and fill in the name of the nominee you would like to vote for. I'd very much prefer it that no one abstained, but I can understand if you simply must. If that is the case, just put a large "Abstain" near the name.

Now, you may notice some categories missing. Unfortunately, these received relatively little attention, or rather, little diverse attention. Thus, I must call a winner in these, for they all say just one person receive multiple nominations, with other people only receiving one. It wouldn't be fair to anyone if I moved these on to the next stage, because there were over three nominations half the time, and that would lead to a coin toss, instead of the will of the people.

These winners will be announced early, but will be posted again when the final votes are in.
