Oh, and I'm the only one to have posted so far in this quad, so you're wrong on two counts now.

Taskmeinster is not in charge of this tournament. He is not in charge of Features, while he may say things from time to time, in this case he unfortunately did NOT get the okay from me for said extension.

Therefore the three days stand. Petoux was informed by both Max Dirks AND myself there would be no extension. As for my information about the quad, fair enough. However, the quad finishes and the thread is over.

This isn't an appeal for time. It was time already given to us by our opponents and confirmed by a staff member, which you neglected to notice before putting an ultimatum in our thread.

You know what would have been great? If you'd been paying attention when Task said that, so that my partner could have known to get a post up, instead of being led to believe he had another day. Task is a part of the tournament staff, and he posted as if he had the authority.

I understand your frustration (and I agree with you btw 100%), I really REALLY do, but we can't do anything about it. Because we arn't the tournament staff.

No, Petoux, it's not okay. We are now losing out because a member of the Althanas staff gave us false information that was overlooked by the tournament head, who apparently hasn't been reading the posts in his own section. Because we were given the okay to take an extra day, we did not have a post up. This is the direct result of incompetence on the part of the staff, not the part of the contestants, so why are the contestants being punished?

This is what is going to happen. I want this made clear as efficiently and clearly as possible.

I will not end the round at the end of the quad. I want this made clear, under no uncertain circumstances that there will not be, nor will there be again an extension on that time. I told Petoux this and I thought he would pass the message along, only to find the message was not passed.
