"His avie is based off of X", "has many mancy skills", or "he's an Aussie" aren't really compliments, but facts. If you want to say something complimentary about those facts, go ahead, but take the time to write it out, at least.

Reiko's a very nice person and a good writer, and is also one of the most renowned veterans of this site.

If I had to pick three people integral to the running of the site, Atzar would be one of them. He's a diligent worker in his assigned areas of modship, and honestly has the best intentions for the site. He's also a great team player and a good writer -- and willing to listen to suggestions in both areas. Rare guy, right there.
