Lost Carcosa Characters
The Goulds:
A wealthy couple of English origins, they have settled in Carcosa City to operate a small shipbuilding company. Mr. Gould is a workaholic, Mrs. Gould is a jaded debutante, and Charlotte is their neglected daughter.
Charlotte Gould:
Pawned off on her nanny, Charlotte is a good kid but has a few complexes from being part of a neglectful household. Any behavioral issues are further compounded by the fact that she is mildly developmentally disabled, a condition poorly understood in her time and a cause of great shame to her parents. She's ten years old, small for her age, and has short white-blonde hair.
Seth Singh:
He is an Indian man who operates the only taxi service in Carcosa. He drives a high-end town car and is the Goulds' go-to chauffeur. Seth is in his late twenties, of average height, and is usually in uniform.
