The top half is kakashi, possibly one of the coolest anime characters out there, even if his chakra pool is the size of a puddle. (every bloody time he fights he does one cool attack and then cries that he doesn't have any more chakra. WTF?!?)
The bottom half of her costume is from Attack on Titian. One of the more intense animes. It pastime is introducing a character only to have them brutally killed in an instant the moment you come to like them. Basically letting you do this:

First off: Sei be hating.
Second: That brony is the thing of nightmares. It even walked around the Prudential Shopping Center with the common folk. Some kids will never be the same.

Forth: Yes, it is Attack on Titan Kakashi. I had to help her put the boxes together. She never worked with power tools before and lets just say she needs practice. Still, in the endgame, it all came out pretty good. I had to put those fucking belts on her and it took a whole god damn hour. I HATE those belts...
