Magical item prize:
Two thumb-sized sapphires. The holder of one can teleport to the location of the other (taking their own sapphire with them). Or, they can summon the other sapphire to them, bring with it any objects in contact that they choose. They will be able to sense what/who is in contact with the other sapphire. Up to three people can be transported, or an equal mass of inanimate objects, provided that they are in contact with it or each other. Used in this way, distance does not matter.
However, Astarelle will request that one sapphire be pulverized into a powder so that she can move it with her sand magic. The range within which she can move and reform it will be 20 meters, and will require concentration. It must be reformed into a solid shape to function as usual. Without concentration, it will return to powder, and it can be recalled to her just as normal sand or when she falls unconscious.
Long range teleporting will only work if she leaves the solid sapphire and brings the powdered one with her.
I'll say it can be used three times a day for short range, or once for long range. I'm open to changing that, of course.
