According to this part of the rules, I can only permit 50% of the EXP being transfered. Luckily, since The Muri does not have any EXP at this point, the transaction can still count as old EXP used on a -NEW- character.

The Muri would receive 475 XP and would not be able to benefit from any other retired characters afterward.
Go ahead and give her 50%. Half is better than nothing for me! As long as Dawn is gone and Kaida is able to get some EXP.
