    There is no way I can compete with Ray's minutes, but knocking out a 40 minute or so run per day has been going really well!

    I struggled a little early, but the Google Sheets app lets you open it direct from your phone and edit just to stay up to date and not be hassled. Definitely worth the price of admission!

    I'm putting up a lot of minutes right now because I'm especially motivated. I'm in a fitbit challenge with other teachers at work. I'm also doing a challenge with my family where we have to put up 2017 miles of walking/jogging in 2017. We split it 4 ways, but that's still a couple of miles a day.

    Sunday 1st Jan: 63 minutes of cycling
    Monday 2nd Jan: 20 minutes of lugging shit up and down stairs
    Tuesday 3rd Jan: 20 minute walk
    Wednesday 4th Jan: thus far absolutely balls all.

    I add them to your official total and remove them from the calendar every couple of days. I set the system up so that if someone accidentally deletes all of our numbers, the most they can do is a couple day's worth - I save our numbers to our "official" total as we go, and those are locked in to certain cells that only I can edit.

    Couldn't think of a better way.
