Treasury Rules
PGs which wish to have treasury accounts and purchase items in the Gilded Vault will need to do the following:
1. Register a new account, named "<groupname> Treasury." So a group named Seadogs would have "Seadogs Treasury." (If your group name is too long, feel free to abbreviate the word Treasury to at least Tre., and your group name if completely necessary)
2. It is requested that the account be linked with the Clan Leader, but that is not required; however, the account cannot be linked with another person than the Clan Leader without providing justification and receiving permission.
3. Post in this forum with your full membership roster. From now on, this thread will be considered your "official" roster, and will be the thread where people may post treasury contributions.
Updating Treasuries
When you need the money totals updated, submit the thread for judging and put "PG Gold Additions" in the comments box. The thread will be dealt with shortly. Try to keep update requests to no more than two (2) a month, but it's okay if you need money quickly for an emergency. The money will go directly into the Gold Account of the PG's "character."
Returning Member Contributions: Post from your Treasury Account with the name of the member and the amount to be given back. (Members, please see the note below before donating!)
Paying Single Clan Players: Post from your Treasury Account with the member name and the amount to be paid. Payments to single clan players can only be made a number of times per month equal to your cap on single clan players.
Other Rules
Only the PG Treasury Account may post in the Guild Shop.
The only minimum balance necessary for a Guild is 2000 GP if the group owns a Headquarters. PLEASE NOTE THE DIFFERENCE: YOU NO LONGER NEED TO MAINTAIN SPECIAL MINIMUM BALANCES!
Please note: If your treasury is in excess of 4000 GP, withdrawing money from your for a purpose other than PG Shop Purchases will result in a one-month ban on declaring Clan War.
Important Note to Members:
Once you contribute to your PG, the money is at the command of the Clan Leader. Only he or she may remove it, so you will need to request your Clan Leader do so in order to get money back.
