The New World Order's base is basically just the bombed out remains of the Dirks manor. The group got a little cash together to do some rudimentary rebuilding, and now it's basically the same as before, albeit with something of an NWO "touch". The wallpaper is blackened and torn from Rayse's fire attack, and most of the valuables have been looted, but the furniture remains. The main hall has been converted into a sort of bar, with any NWO volunteer standing behind the stolen counter and serving up drinks. There's also the main couch in front of the fireplace, but someone is almost always crashing on it. Overall, a real cozy scene.
