Shuriken: Used as distractions while escaping pursuers or going in for the kill.
Caltrops: Deter pursuers on foot. They also work on car tires!
Bladed tonfas are cool, but they sorta defeat the purpose of itself as a primarily "defensive" weapon. Plus, there are more techniques that require the user to grab the long arm and use that as blade catches. Can't do that with bladed tonfas.

Dmitri personally uses a massive hammer. I don't think we see enough non-cutting weapons here. Why slash someone when you can cave their armor in?
Not to mention that most people are more likely to take a hit from a blunt weapon than a little knick from a sharp one
