He went on to have seven sons, all of whom he taught his trade - for, as everyone knows, if you can sole a shoe or shoe a soul, you'll never, ever starve. His seventh son became a cobbler of legendary skill, servicing aristocracy from not only his native country, but the world over. He also had seven sons, who shod people from all walks of life. And then... and then... he had a daughter.

Bookkeeping: Chanclita's father and brothers aren't much for finances, but she and her mother are. It keeps the family business running so that eight hungry men (and her six uncles, many cousins, and tassle of nieces and nephews) can all eat well and sleep in a bed at all times.
Abilities:
Healing Sole: Chanclita can repair non-magical shoes of ordinary materials within five minutes without using materials, so long as the shoes have 3/4 or more of their forms remaining.
Chancla-fu: When the chanclas come off, beware! While ordinary sandals on her feet, in her hands the chanclas become as hard as iron, and she can use them as skillfully as any average swordsman.
Chanclamancy: Three times a day, Chanclita can summon a barrage of up to twenty sandals to pelt her foes (or her brothers/nephews/cousins, depending). Currently, getting hit by one of her summoned chanclas feels like the equivalent of getting whacked with a stick.
