Althanas News Hiya Folks, this is a new (well...new to me) thing we're going to be doing. Every week I'm going to be posting a bit about what is currently going on in Althanas ICly and OOCly. If you have anything you want me to write about feel free to send me a PM, these news updates won't be much fun if you don't tell me what you want to hear about! Anyway, lets hop right to it. The corone war is still going strong, with the raiders currently in the lead. Make sure to check out some of the current battles. Better yet, throw yourself right in, there are still missions available on both sides and your stories could change the future of a nation! Sound interesting? Check out the mission board found Here. Want to participate but don't know much about Corone? Visit This Page for some backstory before you jump in. Want to participate but can't find a mission that fits your character? That's fine too, just pick a side and write away, be sure to mention that the thread is to be a part of the war though, so that your points go to the right team. So who will win? What is the future of Corone? Well Althanas, you decide. There are two threads in the Your Word forum that are a chance for you to let the staff know what you would like to see from althanas. The "Well Althanas, what do you want?" thread is a place to voice any ideas for the site. The "10 favorite Moments in Althanas History" thread is a place to tell us what features you'd like to see back. Thread of The Week This is where we will put the spotlight on ongoing threads of note in Althanas, giving them a bit of attention. Our first thread of the week is Sagequeen's Escape from Anebrilith. Here's an excerpt, and be sure to keep up with it as best you can... "The height of noon brought with it the brilliant light that filtered through the leaves of Concordia Forest like the translucent stained glass of a lovingly-adorned temple. Article of The Week This is where we feature one of the articles we've made for the Althanas Wiki so far. It would be used effectively if coordinated with an event or used for a region or feature in Althanas that could use some activity.
