Tabletop (Desktop/Laptop?) RPG

So I've been getting a hankering to do some Tabletop for a while now but my home group has sort of fallen apart/drifted away over the years. Damned adulting!

I figured I'd check here to see if there's any interest in starting an online game. Not too certain on the specifics yet, but will probably be a Friday night or Sunday game every other week, Pacific time. Easiest platform I can think to use would be Roll20, which is a free online tabletop. You'll need to make an account, but otherwise free.

I've been RPing in some form or other for over twenty years and have DMed for a good chunk of that. I know a variety of systems but right now I'm thinking either 5th edition DnD or FATE.

Anyone interested? I'd be happy to hear any suggestions as well.

No experience necessary, I can teach ya. And 5th edition DnD (the new one) is VERY new user friendly.

Roll20 is great. I've used it for Pathfinder, 5th Edition DnD, Fate, and Classic World of Darkness. Lovely.

Time zones are rough. Pacific Time is -7 right now so not sure how well that would work for your schedule. I'm guessing you don't want to be up at 2 in the morning playing make believe. Still, would love to have you if it can be worked out.

Well, we've got enough interested parties. Let's talk logistics.

Looks like we've got interest in 5th edition Dungeons and Dragons. Is that good with everyone? Did anyone want to try another system?

With a pair of folks from Britain, Fridays my time (+7) is probably out. Sundays? I could spare a couple hours every other weekend for some fine, friendly folks. Four hour sessions starting 10 or 11 in the morning my time would be 5 or 6 GMT till 9 or 10. I think.

Other suggestions?
