Sure! The boost to sight and hearing would be 1.5 times that of a normal human. However, with the insight/memory boost I would say that would be placed at that of a normal human. I categorize insight as the ability to make complex decisions. So for example, being able to determine that something she's asked to do is immoral and decide she doesn't want to do it would require insightfulness that her hunger generally doesn't allow - under normal circumstances she'd be more malleable.
