I've done the math on this and it looks good. Bit of a Lich is obviously the standout ability at this level, but it checks out (as long as it isn't abused, which I know it won't be). All I would say is if you come up in competitive RP against someone, it would be worth clarifying the natures of any abilities with your opponent first to avoid any misunderstandings about what can and can't be classed as "soul affecting" magic (although, to be fair, their own profiles should really clearly state this).
