Unfortunately, as it stands you are over your allotted TPL cap for this level and therefore I can't approve this as it stands. The reason for this is that Level 7, you were pretty much at your TPL cap of 100. On level 8, your cap only increased by 10 but the addition of new abilities and the strengthening of existing ones exceeded this by quite a bit.

I recommend you either remove an ability or downgrade some of your existing ones in order for you to make the cap. If you need any help, let me know.
