Thanks Dracon. You mention that the Black Lightning ability "causes damage, and pain." I'll need to know to what degree. With what you have currently on your abilities, the most we could allow is light damage or alternatively moderate damage with less available casts.
The rest of it is fine, and once we've ironed this out we can let you know where we stand.
