~Act 2: Theselak Forged...~

[Nosdyn]

Nosdyn clenched his fists tightly as he looked at the unfamiliar demon lord before them. "Speak." Nosdyn commanded with some degree of authority by that point.

The other demon walked up to Nosdyn alone, leaving the rest of his soldiers behind. "You know why I am here." The demon began arrogantly.

Nosdyn nodded. "You are here to die." Out there on the Tular Plains there was only one law that mattered kill or be killed. In demon society only the strong survived.

Nosdyn's answer was not unexpected. The other demon clapped for a moment. "You think you are a step ahead of us..."

Nosdyn raised his fist to signal the attack. A moment later there was a laced bolt shot from a crossbow on one of the roof tops. The crossbow's bolt was laced with an incendiary package. It struck the demon lord's chest. He was knocked back a few feet. He cursed and yelled as he attempted to remove the explosive bolt but with a few ticks as signal, it exploded taking a few of his cohorts out.....

A moment later the city's buildings emptied their citizenry out to storm the group of hapless demons. Nosdyn watched his people tear apart the demons with learned effectiveness. Nosdyn hugged his woman and held her close. Cerna. Precious Cerna. He looked at her calmly. "We are sending them a message. Our city only belongs to us. Nobody else. It is a free city." Nosdyn proclaimed boldly.
