Fair enough. I updated strength in give a static increase to the amount of force somebody can generate. The exact number is somewhat arbitrary so if it's too high I have no problems toning it down. Clarity was a bit trickier so I changed it slightly to match my original intention. It doesn't increase the range of the senses but does allow people to better notice minor changes or details.
Edit: Added the clause about rules caps.
Edit 2: And a cap on the number of blessing per day.
