Alright. In the beginning we were 10 PL over the allowed 15 for level one.
The fire damage increase turned into a weakness, freeing up 4 PL.
So, now it's at 6 PL over.
You locked Born From Pain which is only 3 PL.
That leaves 3 PL over still.
One more ability would need to be locked until level 2, or you could unlock Born From Pain, and just lock down one of the higher levels. Being either Whip Arm or Wind Blades.
It's your choice, but we need go one of those ways.
