What sort of damage does 'Eldritch Blast' do? Is it similar to the D and D spell of the same name? Is it a spell of force (bruising) or does it is more of a stabby blast?
Also, for 'Shortened Lifespan' you mention that the spells have three uses only. Is that three uses each (for each spell) or three uses collectively?
So far we are looking fine in terms of PL.
