And about the quote, it was a killer to try to find the best perspective from it. Whether Julius is telling that to someone else or to himself or whoever confused even me. :{
Ehh your quote is very...neutral. It doesn't really do much for me and it only gives me a glimpse of the character I'm not sure you want to portray.

The Magneto quote doesn't seem to be all that relevant to anything, and your description of him actually seems to make the quote less relevant. I can think of a half-dozen Magneto quotes that more ably display his understanding of necessary evil. Still, it's Magneto, and he is bad-ass, so you get more than a one.
The second one, again, doesn't seem to relate to anything about your character.

I believe your Constantine quote has already received prodigious scores, and when combined with a quote from "The Black Prism"(both of which personify your character very well, in my opinion,) I can't give anything but a 5/5!
