The first 45 minutes felt like a ham fisted attempt at exposition and nostagia jerking. I wasnt feeling it until well into the story and the characters became beat freinds way too quick.

So the chains are made of straw. It is the curse of kings, Helikaon, that they can become monsters. And they invariably do.

I'm not bothered by it anymore. I've seen the movie. Just worth noting that putting it in spoilers didn't accomplish anything.
If people who haven't seen the film come into a very obviously labelled spoiler thread they deserve to have their expectations put in check.
Next time, I'll watch it hammered.
