I actually just asked someone the other day why no one's ever tried to make an Althanas Collections book, or ebook.
I've had it in the back of my head to write a few books based around the world of Althanas, but it would be a long list of people I'd have to get signatures from with permissions in order to use characters and regions and names.
Do you ever Feel like a Monster?
Do you dare to read The Diary of the Dead
Have you seen my Hollow Daydreams
Or listened to this Serenade of Haunting Voices
Pray for The Heart I Once Had
Then grant A Rose For The Dead'
Nekoprincess, Karu, call me J, Witchblade, Letho but mostly his series with an everyman character^^
The creature in the sky
Got sucked in a hole now
There's a hole in the sky
And the ground's not cold
And if the ground's not cold
Everything is going to burn
We'll all take turns
I'll get mine, too
This monkey's gone to heaven

For a moment I read this as "The act on eggos is just as apparent" and I thought you were making some sort of brilliant non-sequitur. Imagine my dissapointment to realize it was just a snarky post.
"I almost shook his hand but then I remembered I killed a man."

"But I can smile...And I can smile while I kill..."

I read a few chapters of a book that Christoph started writing a while back that he never finished because he's a rotten punk.
I would definitely read a Godhand or Manda book, though.
Godhand would rock the detective noir genre, while I could imagine that Manda would be really good with dark, twisted, old-school minded fairy tales.

I'd read a book from every Althanas member if he/she got published. I'd even buy a paperback, if for no other reason, then as a sign of support for one of the people from the community I love. However, I'd buy a hardcover (something I seldom do) from a handful of people. Manda, Godhand, Slayer of the Rot, Shyam, Sighter, Storm Veritas are the names that come to mind, but singling out anyone is pretty unfair. I think that, if somebody from Althanas got published (and the book isn't some law bullshit that Serilliant or Max could write, or the sociology or history mumbo-jumbo Sighter or LordLeopold might get published), it would be great for promoting Althanas. So, come on people, let's get published!
"Turning and turning in the widening gyre
The falcon cannot hear the falconer;
Things fall apart; the centre cannot hold;
Mere anarchy is loosed upon the world,
The blood-dimmed tide is loosed, and everywhere
The ceremony of innocence is drowned;
The best lack all conviction, while the worst
Are full of passionate intensity."
William Butler Yeats - The Second Coming
