Tuskan Raider on bottom shelf with what I think is a Gamorrean guard? Also looks like either Ray or Leia at the bottom far right.
Second shelf, the skull thing looks like one of the hell chapter villians from Bleach, but that's a guess. Behind him is the guy from Skyrim.
Top shelf at the rear i'm either going with Black from Gunstar Heroes or Mad Dog from the original Time Crisis.
