Okay guys...I think I get how this works now.

I edited a considerable amount of stuff here now and I caught some wording in other abilities and skills that I think were troublesome.

I reworded the school of psoinics so it is ONLY a thing between N'Jal and Nosdyn. Hopefully what I compromised with there works for you guys.
