It is right there in the name. Simply create a team of pokemon based on your character. Bonus points if you manage to explain why each pokemon fits the particular character.
Zack's Team
Pangoro (Come on, dark and fighting)
Turtonator (Cuz you know, turtling.)
Hitmonlee (Footsies)
Blaziken (Fire and fighting, Zack's specialty)
Mimikyu (Just like Zack, decoys you and hits you hard)
Cloyster (Perfect mix of blocking and hard hitting attacks)
Ven's Team
Raltz ("It uses the horns on its head to sense human emotions. It is said to appear in front of cheerful people." Ven is pretty much always cheerful)
Ninjask (Ven likes fast, and Ninjask is all the fast)
Shedinja (By association with Ninjas. Plus, he would laugh as people would struggle with Wonder Guard)
Zoroark (Misdirection is the best tool)
Wobbuffet (Because Wobbuffet)
Snorlax (Sleep is good too)
Fenn is easy; Froslass, Midday Lycanrock (named Daugi), Alolan Form Ninetails, Mareanie, and Sylveon.
...and Celesteela. She's adorable, and also scary as fuck.
Varin gets; Dunsparce, Pidove (named Aurie), Dragonair, Altaria, Smeargle, and Hydreigon.
Kalista uses; Tsareena, Salazzle, Shiinotic, Duskull, Mismagius, & Cherrim.
Moffit has; Jolik & Galvantula, Spinarak & Ariados, Dewpider & Aquaranid.
