Okay as discussed in chat you'd be looking at a bow coming in at 1350 gold.
This includes an ability for it to fire a dozen bolts of raw energy that are the strength of a steel arrow. Once these six are done it is depleted, however six of the arrows can be gained back by immediately sacrificing some of the user's own energy. It will leave them feeling fatigued. Material of the bow is eklan and it is a short bow.
The circlet itself comes to 450 gold and is made of Damascus. It controls 3 separate Mukakkanati orbs that can do three things: combine to make a javelin that can then be thrown, combine to make a shield, or be controlled and thrown separately. When combining they 'shatter' but this does not allow the shards to injure others. Instead all they can do is form into the shape. The shield can stop up to teir 3 incoming projectiles.
The orbs are 2025 gold. Altogether this item collection would cost 2475 gold.
For a bag of holding you would be looking at a simple arctic beast bag. It would be able to hold up to 500 lbs as a guide, be as big as a shoulder satchel. This would cost around 750 gold.
