The first sticking point here is in the description of prog-knife. I'm sure what you meant is that there is some sort of switch or motion required to trigger the blade, but what you wrote is that it can extend and retract "at will". That would insinuate some form of telekinesis. All you really need to do here is change the "at will" bit to "at the push of a button" or "at the flip of switch" or whatever works for you.
For the abilities, Fokkusuhanta needs a time limitation similar to Sunekuhanta. I may need to ask for a few other changes to the abilities after I take a closer look, but for now please make those changes and I'll let you know if anything further is required.
