12 posts is an absolute lifetime in competitive RP. Most battles will, on average, last around 7 posts per player.

With that in mind, you're definitely going to need to adjust the fatigue rate of Unlimited Ice Works to get it anywhere near approvable.

Work on the assumption that there would need to be some erosion of capability within the timeframe of an average battle. The earlier the ability erodes, the less PL it uses and the more approvable it is.

I've taken into account that this is your main ability. Just need to see some sort of balancing act on it.
