Based on my calculations, Philomel is more than a hundred points over her TPL :S. I have no idea how this has been allowed to happen, but it probably has something to do with the fact that there hasn't been a proper workup done on this character since level 8. I apologize on behalf of the staff that this has been allowed to go so far, however we are going to need to find a means of very significantly toning this character down. The easiest thing to do would be to make her familiars not usable in competitive threads, and slowly re-introduce them as usable as you continue to level up. If you're set on being able to use them in battle though, I guess you could just lock a whole bunch of abilities... let me know how you'd like to proceed.
