Oh okay. The way it was worded I read it as hero characters who you make have are only allowed three abilities, whereas ones that exist already can be used as they are. Probably that I got confused at the wording as I am using two of my own characters - Philomel and Stare - and it said own characters.
Fair enough. My bad. I will try to come up with something.
