I would assume, because all of your side quests are dependent upon events in your main quest, that the side quests would happen in later chapters and be subject to change should the main quest change?

Based on our conversation on skype, it seems like that isn't the real issue here. Would you be more comfortable if I remove the tainting of the tap entirely and just focus on the invasion?
edit: Based on the other missions that have been proposed, and the limitations placed on mine, I've decided to pull my storyline after all. It seems like there are plenty of good threads coming forward that I can participate in.
